The Grades of Report Card Application.

In the third writing, I am applying this writing to all the teachers especially for one of senior English teacher in the Vocational High School of Sukamandi (SMK Sukamandi). Beside as an English teacher, he is also a vice principle of SMK Sukamandi in the field of curriculum, and of course this writing is related to the field of curriculum. By that reason, I hope all this blog visitor will understand why I write it in English. Hopefully he will understand and spread it to all the teacher of SMK Sukamandi.

Back to my aim of this writing, it explains about an online application of filling the grades of report card. At this time, it is intended, mainly, to homeroom teachers who hold twelfth grades. Based on the official circular letter spreaded by Ministry of National Education, teachers or homeroom teachers are implied to managed this aplication.

Here are the guidance of the application.

1. Laptop. Ensure it in a good performance.
2. Staying in hotspot wifi area of SMK Sukamandi.
3. Log in to the application using the personal account created by admin.
4. Point your crusor to "Nilai Raport or Nilai US/ USBN" tab, then click it.
5. Follow the instruction that appear.
6. Choose the semester period and the class.
7. All the subject in the class will appear. Choose and double click at one of the subject.
8. The list of students will appear. Teachers or homeroom teachers fill the grades of students in this place.

For the optional, teachers or homeroom teachers can also fill the application offline. It is filled in excel file. They can fill it in a flexible manner. They can fill it in home or wherever they want. When all grades fully filled, it must be syncronized online in hotspot wifi area of SMK Sukamandi.

Pengisian Formulir Data Siswa baru TP 2017/2018

Postingan Kedua....

Pada postingan kedua, saya ingin memanfaatkan Blog ini sebagai media komunikasi antara kalian, siswa baru SMK Sukamandi, dengan pihak sekolah dalam hal ini adalah bagian administrasi sekolah divisi komputer. Hal ini juga dimaksudkan agar siswa SMK Sukamandi terbiasa menggunakan fasilitas internet untuk kepentingan positif.

Saya telah membuat formulir isian dalam bentuk Google Form yang harus diisi oleh siswa baru. Formulir ini sifatnya penting dan akan dijadikan referensi awal data siswa baru. Data yang diisi harus merujuk ke dokumen yang seharusnya. Diharapkan siswa baru dapat mengisi formulir ini dengan baik dan benar.

Selamat Datang Calon Siswa Baru...!!!

Postingan pertama ini saya dedikasikan untuk kalian, calon siswa SMK Sukamandi Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Selamat! Kalian telah mengambil keputusan yang tepat memilih SMK Sukamandi sebagai jenjang pendidikan lanjutan. Kenapa? Karena SMK Sukamandi adalah salah satu Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan pertama dan terbesar di kabupaten Subang. Banyak cerita dan prestasi diukir yang mengiringi perjalanannya, dan tentu saja kalian akan menjadi bagian dari perjalanan cerita itu serta mengukir prestasi di dalamnya.

Momentum Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) yang bertepatan dengan bulan penuh berkah ini, bulan Ramadhan 1438H, menginspirasi saya untuk membuat Blog. Walaupun Blog ini masih sederhana dalam penyajiannya, tapi saya yakin niat tulus yang mengiringinya akan membuat Blog ini bermanfaat. Semoga Blog ini berkelanjutan serta bermanfaat bagi seluruh warga SMK Sukamandi.
